• Recognize students for academic achievement

• Initiate a “Turnaround” program to recognize students who make the greatest improvement in academics, attendance, or behavior
• Sponsor a contest that has an educational purpose and/or showcases student talent
• Provide incentives to identified potential dropouts to encourage their graduation from school

America or Youth Crime Watch
• Provide “shadow” opportunities for students
• Sponsor a “Boss for a Day” program
