MSE has developed partnerships with community based not-for-profit organizations to expand services. The partners include:
- The Bakehouse Art Complex
- Concerned African Women
- The Miami Heat
- South Florida After School All Stars
21st Century Community Learning
MSE received a 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant for 2001-2004 written in partnership with South Florida Inner-City Games. It provides after-school and summer camp activities to 100 students at each of three middle school sites
- Carol City, Hialeah, and North Dade
