Every middle school is encouraged to design a program that meets the specific needs of its students and augments the school's curriculum. It may include:

The Bureau of Community and Hospitality Services limited matching funds of Middle School Enrichment Programs. Schools may submit a yearly proposal that includes program activities, days and hours of operation, community partnerships, and the name of the contact person. All proposals are reviewed and after approval, activities begin. The MSE program begins immediately upon dismissal from the school day. Days and hours vary with each school.
